Council of Europe meets PMR Parliament; evaluates democracy progress
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) met with Pridnestrovie's parliament in Tiraspol to evaluate human rights and democratic development. The arrival forms part of a series of consultations in the region this week. It follows a previous visit just days ago by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). [more]
