Commenting on changes in the peacekeeping mission to Sudan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the key rule of peacekeeping is the consent of the sides involved. This principle is universal, which means that changes to the current peacekeeping mission in Pridnestrovie must have the consent of both Chisinau and Tiraspol.
