A bicycle thief from Moldova has been arrested and arraigned in Dubossary, Pridnestrovie. The 36 year old entered Pridnestrovie at night to steal bicycles which he then took back across the border and sold in Moldova. He will now be tried and sentenced in Pridnestrovie. [more]
