"Enough is enough" was the message from the parliament of Pridnestrovie, also known informally as Transnistria. With a historic resolution Wednesday, parliamentarians annulled earlier decrees seeking a common confederation with Moldova. The move can only be overturned by a nationwide referendum. [more]
