U.S. Ambassador visits Tiraspol to urge fresh talks between Moldova and PMR
American Ambassador Michael Kirby visited Tiraspol to push for a resumption of direct status settlement between Moldova and Pridnestrovie. He met with elected officials from Parliament and with PMR's Foreign Minister. Tiraspol's government authorities were happy with the openness showed by the visit of the Ambassador. [more]
