"Russia must recognize Transdniestria," says its parliament's Black Colonel
The "Black Colonel" of Russia's Parliament says that his country will need to recognize Transdniestria's independence. Viktor Alksnis also added that recognition will be granted by a number of other countries as well, including Belarus, Venezuela and Cuba.
